MultiHoster بحقها في ازالة او استبدال اي ملفات تعريض امن الخادم او خلاف الخبيث. الانواع التالية من الملفات قد لا
سيتم تحميلها في أي ظرف من الظروف :
- الملفات التي اباحيه . وهذا يشمل ، على سبيل المثال لا الحصر ، ملفات تصوير genetalia ، عري ، او الجنسي الحالات.
- ملفات التعدي على حقوق النشر من اي كيان . وهذا يشمل ، على سبيل المثال لا الحصر ، وطبع الصور ، وكذلك الملفات التي تفتقر المستخدم استعمال وتوزيع الرخص.
- الملفات التي ينوي استخدامها او الهدف هو harrass فرد او عدة اشخاص.
- الملفات التي ينوي استخدامها او الغرض تشجيع المنتجات أو الخدمات من خلال الاعلانات . وهذا يشمل ، على سبيل المثال لا الحصر ، البريد الالكتروني غير المرغوب وشعار الاعلانات.
- Files that are illegal and/or are in violation of any United States laws, laws pertaining to digital content usage in the United States Federal Government.
Uploading any type of the above-mentioned files will result in:
- The immediate termination of user's ability to use MultiHoster or any of its provided services.
- The deletion of any images that user has uploaded to MultiHoster.
- Possible prosecution.
This will be effective immediately upon detection of any violations listed above, with perpetual duration, at the discretion of MultiHoster. If a file is deleted, user may not attempt to upload it again.
Legal Policy:
These Terms of Service are subject to change without prior warning. By using MultiHoster, user agrees not to involve MultiHoster in any type of lawsuit or countersuit if MultiHoster or any third party proceeds to take legal action against user for violations of these Terms of Service. MultiHoster directs full legal responsibility of the contents of the files that are uploaded to MultiHoster to individual users, and will cooperate with legal teams and government entities in the case that uploaded files are deemed to be in violation of these Terms of Service.
